How It Works
Step 1
Contact me to schedule an initial 30-minute consultation. In our meeting, we will discuss your wishes and goals for therapy, your presenting concerns, previous therapy experiences (if applicable), and any questions you may have for me about the therapy process or my therapeutic style. It’s not always easy to seek out therapy, but it’s one of the best investments we can make for ourselves.
Step 2
In our first therapy session, I will conduct a relational and sexual history assessment to gain a better understanding of your history and the specific issues you are facing currently. I will create a customized treatment plan for you and we will work together to ensure that we are all on the same page about our goals for therapy.
Step 3
Through our regular weekly sessions, you will work towards your goals of experiencing a fulfilling and pleasurable sex life.
