I am not in-network with any insurance plans and am considered an “out-of-network” provider. However, I am happy to provide a superbill that can be submitted for out-of-network coverage. Many insurance companies will reimburse anywhere from 30-80% of treatment costs. If you have specific questions about your benefits, please contact your insurance company directly and ask the following questions:
Do I have out-of-network benefits for psychotherapy?
What is my deductible and what has been met so far this year?
What percent of my session rate will be reimbursed?
Is approval required from my primary care physician? -
All major credit cards, including HSA/FSA cards, are accepted.

Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment for any reason, I require at least 48-hour advance notice or you will be charged for the full session.

I currently see clients online via a secure, and HIPAA-compliant video platform. I’m happy to discuss any questions you might have about online therapy.

I utilize a combination of Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Sex Therapy (education, resources, exercises that you can try on your own), Somatic Therapy (therapy that addresses the interconnectedness of body, brain, and relationships), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to work with individuals and couples. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have about the process and how I work with clients.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
